1/4 IPS LAMP SOCKETS
All the lamp sockets listed on this page are threaded ¼ IPS and have a 1/2"
actual thread mounting diameter. Except for the ¼ IPS threaded cap (bottom of
the socket), all other specifications are identical to those listed for the same
socket in the 1/8 IPS version. (¼ IPS sockets are used mostly on floor lamps.)

All sockets include an installed internal cardboard insulator/liner which
MUST be left in place for safety. Please seek help from a qualified
electrician if not familiar with electrical work.
